Refund and Exchange Policy

Cancellation

Once an order has been placed, no cancellations are possible.

Returns

Our products are made with love and care. However, if you wish to return the product, here’s how to do it:

  • You can return items within 7 days of delivery.
  • The jewelry must be unused and with all tags intact.
  • We will arrange for a return pickup within 2-3 days.
  • No cash refunds, only store credit available (with a validity of 6 months).
  • Items bought with store credit, on sale, customized, or accessories are not eligible for return.
  • Damaged items? Let us know within 24 hours with pictures at @rachaita.in.

 

Exchange

Not happy? write to us about your experience and concerns at support@rachaitajewellery.com and we will arrange for an exchange.

  • You can exchange the item within 7 days from the date of delivery.
  • The jewelry must be unused and with tags intact.
  • We will arrange for a pickup within 2-3 days from the date of delivery and send the new item after a quality check.
  • Price difference? Pay or receive store credit (with a validity of 3 months).
  • Exchange shipping costs are covered by you.
  • Sale, customized items, or accessories are not eligible for an exchange.
  • Products once exchanged are not eligible for either an exchange or a return.
